file, you could redefine entities in install.xx.xml -- first one
definition wins, so if you put them before including common.ent,
that's what you want.

I did two more test installs (with 20040209 iso) and, as expected,
this problem also affects other ISO-8859-2 languages (I tried Slovak
and Polish).
