Dear Maintainer,
systems newly created by debootstrap still use the old sources.list format,
whereas apt warns when the newer deb822 format is not used.
Here is a sequence of commands to reproduce the problem:

Dear Maintainers,
I did a test installation using debian-testing-amd64-netinst.iso from
2021-03-15 (Debian bullseye/11), chose the LVM option,
and noticed that once the system is installed and boots, the kernel complains
with this message:
ext2 fi
Now that gtk 2.8.20 is in sid, would it be possible to update
libgtk+2.0-directfb-dev ?

I did a successful network installation with the udma100-ext3
boot-floppies. I only had one minor problem. In the Alt-F2 virtual
console, I used ping to check if the network worked. Unfortunately,

There is no particular reason. It's just that /var/log/wtmp is in
base2_2.tgz and does not belong to base-files

the base system in 2.2.15-2000-06-07/base2_2.tgz does contain /var/log/wtmp,
but it does not contain /var/log/btmp. Adding this file has two advantages:
- it is probably better from a security point of view
- logrotate tries to rot
