It may be useful for an admin to check:
- if somebody is trying to guess the password of an account (after
having seen it typed on a keyboard)
- if the lower limits imposed on password complexity do not prevent
users to type their password without too much trouble
- if former users are still trying to access locked accounts
and perhaps some others...
