Bug#250025: only bast has RARP

The d-i kernel wedge tells there are 5 kernel images for arm 2.4.25. After fetching the all, only the bast kernel has CONFIG_IP_PNP_RARP enabled. The bast is a redboot based system which doesn't support RARP. The netwinder is capable of netbooting, but CONFIG_IP_PNP is not set. pgp63WCmrtee4.
