Hello!
If other translators also care to translate this file, I guess we should
have a consistent way of naming that file when it's built.
If all language have a sane method of naming the language in ASCII only
(URLs don't like anything else AFAIK), then we can make it like this:

could you give the new preview boot floppies a try? The changelog is
impressive, we have fixed *a lot* of bugs. Aph and myself have tested
the resulting disk images a couple of times, but it's always better to
have a wider range of testing.

This is only possible on systems where partitions also have names, like
powerpc boxes. Needs to be done by powerpc folks.
