Sad as I think this sort of automated bug report without looking at
individual cases is, I think it raises a point.
IMHO, either dpkg-buildpackage in the boot floppies source should not
build floppies normally (which I suspect a lot of people will object
to, but I kind of like as a solution) or we should clone the Depends as
a Build-Depends:.
