DIVA Staff,
I am writing regarding hotel reservations, trying to help you not to
worry so much.
The DebConf team will assign rooms itself - you don't need to worry
about who goes into what rooms, as long as we have enough rooms total.
Right now you have a "block reservation" for these hotels - I
Hi,
I've talked to DIVA today and have made some sort of a "preliminary"
cost and plan for the Hotels.
First i need to say that they want to put as many people as possible
in the cheaper hotels (Palas and Vidovic) in order to reduce the costs
of the conference.
So the plan is to start reserving

Not really, it mostly ignores what he said and suggests a different
(worse) plan.

As always, we must add to these numbers *one per sponsor bag*.
And we should decide sizes for staff and video-team t-shirts too.

I now hear that DIVA has made hotel bookings today, ignoring the
numbers provided and ignoring Debian's explicit instructions on which
hotels to use when.
This stupid behaviour must stop. DIVA has signed an agreement to
follow instructions from Debian in spending money for DebConf, and
that is ho

If that's the only problem then we don't have a problem. We're slowly
getting into 4th day with this problem, we got the facts we got it
all on the clear.
Wanna rm -rf what happened so far and start over?

Hi,
While Holger and I were in Banja Luka, it was agreed that the internet
connection to Banski Dvor would be installed and tested a week before
DebCamp.
Is that still happening? If not, when will it be installed and tested?
