As a basis of discussion for tonight's Team meeting [0], I have released the
DebConf12 Final Report with Henning's work on the "Budgeting" section, giving

Hi all,
as discussed in the latest DebConf IRC meeting, I have released the DebConf12

Dear DebConf Team members,
I would like to have the final report finished soon; as Raphaël reported, one

I propose that we adopt a fixed-date release process and propose Friday 8.

Hello everyone,
I am writing about the missing DebConf12 report. This is an issue
because it would help us for fundraising and it has been requested by
our sponsors from this year and last year anyway.
The report is half finished under the 'debconf-data/reports/dc12' directory.

Hello again,
I have bad news: The planned author for Budgeting had to step back
because of understandable reasons, so we need as well a nice person
willing to write this important part.

DebConf is over, but there are still wonderful things to do. And what
could be better than reflecting what has happened by writing it down and
helping to write the final report??
Some very nice volunteers have already (been) assigned to contribute
