We have one from Sportech in St Catherines, and love it. Its one of the first
they did. Jamie has done a number of improvements over the years since then and
we have added some - pictures once the boat is put together, she splashed

Fyi, when we are sailing, we do not remove our short cover that goes around the
mast and is zipped on both sides. The zippers are far enough forward that
chafing the sail has never concerned me. Zipping and unzipping the stack pack
has been made much easier by attaching a sail tie to the long z
I am new to the stack pack family - just installed this week. Ours is a Doyle

Well, gee. I just got my "courtesy" renewal notice from "Maritime

For those who are new the list a while and haven't seen our derision at
these folks, let me elaborate. The "Maritime Documentation Center" is NOT

When I got my boat 5-6 years ago, it had a stack pack already. I really

Hi Dennis
It seems a bit different in Canada. I received something in mail from
Transport Canada that I was not expecting. Upon opening it was the new
certificate of registration. They issue one every three years. I did not even
request it – it just came automatically.
The even better news
Stop bragging Mike!

Hi Crew, I have a Aqua Meter "Galaxy" Binnacle Compass on my C&C 35 III. I'm
going to get a new dome and gasket from Viking for it, but I understand that
they are out of the plastic rings that the compass sits under. The plastic ring

Yup, that's how it work here. As compensation for that, we do have to pay

Per previous, Pegathy has a Chesapeake Sailmakers stack pack - not attached to
the sail. I can drop the sail quickly, with the pack fully up - and - if I'm
into the wind - it will mainly flake itself. That said, when I have crew, I
will go to the mast and flake it as someone else lets the sail d
I needed a copy of my Certificate and did a google search and inadvertently
went to their web site. I started filling out their firm, but stopped when
they started asking for my social security number.
They wpnted $175 for the renewal Certificate that the giv charges $24 for. So

Mathew I have Series 1. The foil connectors have roll pins. If yours is the

Thanks.

So far I have about three or four requests for mostly screws from my old
roller furler. I will review the e-mail notes sometime next week, compare
requests against what I have, and let you know if I think I can help. That
said, I reiterate that I no longer have the headstay foil. It
