Joel,
Here’s what I used for my ‘plastic’ tanks:
https://www.fisheriessupply.com/thetford-fresh-water-tank-sanitizer-36662. It
is supposed to be non-corrosive.
I’m curious how you got Monel tanks. It is corrosion resistant but does
corrode. I have a 3” ball from a sea valve that has
I also have Atrium 4 and am happy with them.

I always thought Monel was the most corrosion-proof type of metal to be had. I
can tell you my fresh water system benefits hugely from putting the whole

Ron,
This looks like a winner! The tanks are in my Hylas. The Office did not
have Monel.
I've read that chlorine reacts with the metal so it should be avoided, but
that info could be wrong.

I recently tore out the (heavy) speakers and stereo from my 34-1. I now use
one of these waterproof bluetooth units. I carabiner it to the backstay
when in the cockpit.

Hello All,
For the last few years, I had a significant loss of oil whenever I

You guys might need to dig a little deeper, try

BTW, it is also the best alloy for kitchen

I experience a similar condition. Mine is compounded by the HP pump shims

available and not too costly. Truly I probably only need the dipstick

The only time I've known this to happen on internal combustion engines was
when the combustion gas pressures passed the compression rings and passed
the oil control ring to cause crankcase pressures to force out oil spray.
Oil spray within the crankcase is normal, it is when the negative pressure
