Hi David, I suppose this is obvious but make sure your surveyor is able to be certain there are no issues with wet or delaminated balsa core in the hull and deck. I don't have the 1989 laminate schedule but the 1990 laminate schedule for the 37+ for both hull and deck shows 1" of balsa throughout

My 1990 37+ with new radar chartplotter, 6 T105's, 6K inverter, New Awlgrip, etc. It sold for 74K. Would I buy another one. No way. backstay chainplate failure, water pools in multiple locations instead of draining to a central low bilge point. The bottom was totally redone due to blisters.  And
