We had a Venture 21 and the cable to the centerboard would hum at a certain
speed.
There has to be something moving (vibrating) to get noise. Could you try
putting it in gear and try different positions of the prop?

No more hum. Hum is a speed robber. Like I stated, the noise is gone since
upgrading to wheel and adding grease fittings to the rudder bearings. 7.3
seems to be her sweet spot going upwind. If she has a clean bottom and wind
over 8 knots, she will make her own wind and accelerate

It is a two blade fixed prop. It spins!
The singing is probably around 400 hz. I might use my phone with the db app
and find what actual frequency it is. It is not a concerning sound, just
