If you look at any recent CatBenHun in the 34-36 foot range, any version of
the C&C 35 is going to seem quite small and cramped.

I purchased a 35 mk3 last year. I had reached the point that I was only looking
at 35 mk3's. They are notorious PHRF beaters and decent for cruising. Though
not as good for cruising as a cruising boat nor as competitive as a hardcore
racer, it's a great racer cruiser for those willing to comprom
decision for me I may be putting the boat up
for sale in the fall.

Welcome to the list! I'm a former owner of a 35/3, but remain on the list
because it is such an amazing group!
Biggest concern is to check the deck for water intrusion. From the photos
the main looks questionable. The ST60s are still great instruments and can
easily be interfaced with
