I use ammonia (+TSP if there is a lot of grunge) as first steps of interior
teak prep. Might take 6-7-8 applications to get the teak almost ready.
Final prep I use 220 or 320 grit on a random orbital sander or sand by hand.
I'm trying Minwax Valspar WATER based satin, semi-gloss and gloss to finish
I agree Joe.
Savannah's creeks & old marinas are full of derelict sail boats. We used to
have a vibrant large boat sailing community here and now we are down a few
"rode hard, put up wet J Boats" and mixed bag of PHRF Boats whose owners
would rather complain about their ratings rather clean and pa
Back when we bought Coquina she cost more than our house, so I doubt the

We have had her since 1977. It would be like selling my dog or something :(

rail? 13k sounds like a lot of money for that repair depending on how big

to be able to definitively show clear title just in case.
No, I couldn't easily find the AOT I got in 1999. Rather than beat myself
to death looking for an AOT which was incomplete, I just ordered another

Agreed. Years ago my broker wanted me to look at one. I declined because of
