Touche' is always for sale.  Asking $300,000.  :)   But it is a good idea
to be able to definitively show clear title just in case.

No, I couldn't easily find the AOT I got in 1999.  Rather than beat myself
to death looking for an AOT which was incomplete, I just ordered another
one, which then caused me to actually look at it and order the other
document.

I call it chain tasking....one thing leads to another then another.....
