I have a C&C33ii 1985. Great boat, goes like hell to windward, very easy to handle and just a pleasure to sail. Very few problems with most of these boats. You say moisture near the windows, but is that above or below the rail? 13k sounds like a lot of money for that repair depending on how big an area you are talking about.
