So you want a small lightweight outboard? Look at these: http://www.ioutboardmotors.com/2-cycle-outboards---2016-models.html Looks like a string trimmer motor with a propeller. I have a 2 cycle power head with interchangeable attachments. Don't think they make a propeller attachmentyet. :

voting for the keep-it-light philosophy, we're happy with a 27 lb. 1.2 HP 30 year old Johnson/Evinrude that pushes an 8 ft Walker Bay with RID kit much faster than I can row it. We once had a water-ski boat, and I don't need my dink to act like that. We have davits, but hand the motor down and up -

Danny, When my buddy and I install Harken furlers, all the fasteners get red threadlocker. That may be why the fasteners on the torque tube are tight. Touche' has a Harken Size 1 Mk III that was installed in 1999. Still works great. My buddy and I routinely replace other brands with Harkens.

Ok, so the update... I took the sail down, removed the furling line and flushed everything with Dawn liquid soap and fresh water. I installed the newer furling line, I had onboard, that came from the main boom furler. I checked alignment from the drum and added a block to adjust that a bit
