I use the possibility to notify clamd
about the update. And I also tried using clamscan. Both does not change
anything.

was compiled using the option --sysconfdir=/etc/clamav ... and I
figured out another interesting "feature". Clamscan doesn't detect the
worm, but Clamdscan does.
When I use strace to figure out, where clamscan is looking for the config
file, there's no appearance of clamav.co
ed the
clamav-config.h, but the defined constant isn't used anywhere in the
source. All for clamav 0.70.

for clamscan as for the others, or clamscan has to use options out of
clamav.conf to operate correctly.
Please tell me if I'm completely wrong, but the actual state is
unsatisfactory.

merge the files and make clamscan using the
needed settings from that one. It's just a point of not holding config
data redundant.
