As you are spawning processes on each hit, your scripts can cause
high CPU usage
there services to create a robust DNS farm. I can't provide signature services
as my own colo has gotten too expensive for band width.

Unless you're having a lot of hits from bots trying to access the
admin area, I'd have to say this script appears to be fairly
efficient. If it's a concern you could always remove the admin bits
and just update the urlz file by hand. Which version of the script are
you running?
