Thanks so much Edwin! The problem was with the swap setup. A2's vps servers are not configured with any swap space! Having only ever worked with my own configured servers I never even thought to check this out. I added 512MB of swap just using a file and it's now loading clamd. I'm still goi

Hi, Please help - I am near desperation. I am trying to configure an Ubuntu 8.04.3 server on a Xen VPS that only has 128MB of RAM, it runs mysql pdns and postfix. I have tried to run clamav on it and everything is fine except for clamd. Is this because I have too little ram? I have tried the
