Sorry. yes its clamav-milter.
clamav-milter --help | grep -i send gives me:
--bounce-b Send a failure message to the
sender.
Nothing more... ive tried --quiet:
/usr/sbin/clamav-milter: unrecognized option `--quiet'

It's perfect now.
It's really a permission problem. I run clamd alone and the error back
again. So I edit the clamav.conf and add a line
'User root'. It's force a clamav run as root, and only them can write on
/root/tmp. I don't know if this is the best way to fix the problem. But...
