Scott, When you download from the radio, save the file (under File on the menu, Save). This is the img file. Keep it as a prudent back up. Then EXPORT (under File on the menu, export) it exports as a csv file which LibreOffice can open. Then use LibreOffice to open the file. Don't use Microso

Scott, I find it easier to rearrange things in a spreadsheet program, like Excel. The only trouble with Excel for this is that it messes up the commas that need to stay when you edit the CSV file. so save your file to whatever you want.CSV and edit it outside of Chirp, and then open Chirp and imp
