I have followed the respective guides to build CDE on archlinux x64,
but it seems it's still broken.
I tried Fedora too, and it was also broken there, still. Seems it's
broken on a few distros still.
What happens is, when I attempt to start a CDE session via startx, it
hangs and says the messagin
I am looking for a way to set a custom backdrop on workspaces 2, 3,
and 4. Tools like nitrogen don't seem to be capable of it? Is it not
possible/

I cannot seem to build this on arch.
i am trying this again on arch almost a year later and I still cant
get it to build, same exact error.
it's always the same error with locales even though I have set one
like the wiki told me to.
