I spent some time this weekend documenting the hardware of these and dumping some more MDOS floppies. We had one copy of the MDOS manual which replaced the poor copy I had in bitsavers.org/components/motorola/6800/exorciser. It would be nice to find more/better docs, esp docs on the EXORterm 150
