I would recommend to look at the GE Superose6 increase 3.2/300 columns if you
aim at high resolution with small sample volumes (you will be very limited in
flow rate though).
For a much faster analysis with sufficient resolution, try the 5/150GL columns.

Hi Jan!
Phenix can do that - have a look here:

Dear all,
Hi all,
concerning the staining, we get good results with a self-made "instant blue".
First staining is achieved within 30min, full staining after maximal 4 hours I
would say. You don't need to destain (still possible with H2O) since the
background is not stained. Sensitivity is better than st

Hi James,
You can do this with MOLEMAN / MOLEMAN2 quite easily (see the manual here:

Hi Mark,
just use the "Windows Movie Maker" - it's easy to use and comes along with
Windows (or can be downloaded via microsoft.com). This will help you to
generate .wmv output files of any kind of video and / or picture files you
provide as input files. The best possible quality output format
Dear John,
there is also a special mailing list for CCP4MG issues - however, it seems not
to be used frequently... Just wanted to mention that there is one.
Regarding your problems:
I'm using CCP4MG (2.4.1) on several Windows7 (64 bit Prof.) machines and
everything works just fine; with the exc
Dear Jane,
try to split your protein into two chains (e.g. domain 1 --> chain A / domain 2
--> chain B in a PDB file) and use the PISA server for processing. Besides
several interfaces with symmetry mates, one should represent your domain/domain
interface based on chain A/B you've chosen.
