Does anyone know where I can download a pre-built Coot that will work on OS X
Monterey (12.2) on an iMac with an Intel i7 ?
The packages I can find all fail at the File finder which comes up blank. X11
latest is installed.

Can anyone tell me where to find a model dictionary entry for COOT and/or
phenix for the 7meG-pp residue that forms the 5’ cap on a messenger RNA ? I
need to be able to bond it to the 5’-end of an RNA model and bond it to the
existing 5’-phosphate of the first ribonucleotide.
Thanks,
Laurence
Very sad to hear of the untimely death of Prof. Mavis Agbandje-McKenna who I
had the honour and pleasure of working alongside in Stephen Neidle’s lab at The
Institute of Cancer Research in the late 1980s - there is an obituary from
University of Florida here :

Can anyone point me at a good server/program for generating polypeptide main
chain from Calpha coordinates ? Sadly the EMBL-EBI MaxSprout server seems to
have been retired.
