Dear All,

The Summer School in structural biology will be held in St Andrews 23 to 29
August.
The course is open to all. We offer a week long intensive course.
The prices we charge vary by funding, the fee includes all accommodation,

I have a structure that I am trying to finish off, I have Zn ligated by four
cys residues.
I use the linkR and define distances (the same link for each ZnS bond)
My issue is how to stop the structure moving to a square pyramid (consistent
with distance restraints) rather than a tetrahedral geomet
Older members of the bulletin board will be sad to learn that Struther Arnott

Two post-docs positions are available in St Andrews, start date this summer.
The project is the structural and functional characterisation of membrane
proteins involved in sugar lipid polymer synthesis and transport in bacteria.
It is funded by the Wellcome Trust.
