Deposited PDB is 6T1Z

PS: I should also note that many other groups performed very well, much better
than I would have dreamed, including on the full protein but just not as
crazy-good.

Prof. Cedric Govaerts,
Hi Phenix and CCP4 community,
(sorry for the cross posting).
I was looking at a PDB file.
The http://www.rcsb.org/ website page gives the following values:
R-Value: 0.103 (work)
R-Free: 0.134
The actual PDB file gives the following:
R :0.110
FREE R VALUE : 0.170
I was wondering why the diff

Thanks.

ys!), I can see the image once I've dragged
another window onto the ADVX window, this seems to refresh it and then I
can work with it fine. But as of now, that happens very only rarely...
thus I cannot see my images..
Is there a trick/workaround ?
Thanks... (beamtime is running by..)

Hi all,
I'm looking for the plate definition for the Greiner CrystalQuick low
profile 2 wells plates, flat bottom, for the Mosquito.
I could not find the plate definition for the 2 wells... eagerly looking
for it...
Thanks !

I'm guessing as many of you have worked with ATPase etc, there must be a
smart way to do this.
Thanks for any input

Dear all,
what are the best criteria to say that one monomer is more constrained by
the packing than another? surfaces analyses by PISA? How to be sure that the
observed differences are significant?

Dear All,
Sorry for the off-topic question.
Is there an easy way to search "chemically close" molecules and know if they
are commercially available ?
Many Thanks.

loop should be carefully chosen so that the
crystal does not move in the cryoloop. This crystal mounting method can be
time-saving compared to the traditional method to mount a crystal in a glass

Many thanks
