Any updates on this?
I noticed many old jobs we had deleted in the past were restored around this
time. I'm thinking of re-deleting them but wasn't sure, since it sounds like
the server might be rebuilt again?

There are a few dependencies on various data files. For example www-site does
depend on the incubator's podlings.xml which is a hand edited file managed by
the IPMC. This gets broken from time to time.
