Can someone revive ubuntu1 ? It shows offline. I used to be able to
reconnect it but it sounds like I don't have admin rights to do that anymore
(and that's probably normal, not complaining about that).
Thanks,
Antoine

There are some known bugs in the Hudson remoting code that has caused
some of these cases. This is currently being worked on by the Hudson
devs, hopefully good things will come out of t
Thanks so much. Hopefully both measures (by the Hudson team and by you)
will bear fruit.

I am seeing on all Mahout builds. Changing to ubuntu has the same issue. I
suspect that this is the reason that the build queue is so short.

To Ted and everyone else with build problems.
If any of you guys have any hints as to solutions to these then feel free to
offer that information or offer to fix the problem.
Or do you think the build problem for Mahout is caused by instability of the
Hudson setup? (Speak freely)

Hi All,
There seems to be a fair few builds that fail alot and nothing is being done
by the projects to fix them.
Hudson is supposed to be here to help you guys test for failures and you fix
them, that's the point.

I do think that something has recently destabilized in the Hudson install.
I have no particular idea what it is other than the problems that the
Hudson team are working on. Why that would so recently cause a problem, I
don't know.
We did have a recent bug in the Mahout build that looked like a H
One additional point of information, while I was inexplicably logged in as
System, I tried sending a trivial groovy script to the slaves I thought were
problematic. They gave the same SSH connection problem stack trace.

Restart seems to have helped. The Mahout job gets scheduled now although it
is running very slowly (2 minutes to start checking out code). That may be
part of a startup transient load.
