for the display and left the rest unchanged. When this didn't workk, I
changed the driver from auto-detect to Freedom Scientific.
This was for the new Focus 40. For the classic Focus 40 I could leave

Hi. I have a strange problem -- I am not sure when this started, but
definitely in the 5.0 series. There used to be a symbol by which I
could get all 8 dots -- my speech recognized it as section, but now the
character is translated to s instead. Is there anything I can do --
change the table or

Attached is a patch to fix the translation of Parthenon and friends, which
should use the ar and the signs instead of the part sign.
The patch works, but it doesn't apply cleanly. As suggested I produced it

/etc/brltty/zh-tw.ctb:always and it does not have the dots I am seeing.
What I am seeing is just for a7, but changing it does not change what I
am seeing.
What am I missing?

In the en-nabcc text table, the only character represented by all eight dots is
a capital letter E with a diaeresis accent (two dots above it). You may know
