The Common Eider continues at Humber Bay Park west this morning. When I
arrived at 8AM she was just east of the point close to shore with a pair of
Long-tailed Ducks. After 10 minutes it flew out onto the lake straight off
the point about 100m out and landed near a larger group of mixed ducks. A

tip of the dog park portion of Humber Bay West Park (this is the farthest
southwest corner of the park), where it appeared to have landed to resume
feeding with a loose flock of Red-breasted Mergansers and Long-Taile
