I found the problem.
It was a bad parameter in bacula-sd.conf, alwaysopen = no instead of yes.

Problem still exist, after that I've set wait tame to 5 sec.

Hi John,
I found that this script is not checking if mtx or mt binaries are on
the path.
This can be a serious disability for not experienced user.
