Guess I should have mentioned, there are some alternatives:
Figure out what your bacula install requires to get working. If it's not

The person who packaged bacula that you installed has total control of
everything: where the files go, which dat

Hi,
Are you thinking about division this large data amount to smaller
parts? Eg. instead of one big backup on a lot of tapes you may divide
to as many backups as you have tapes for one cycle. Eg. one tape = one
backup (if it i

In order to be compatible, MariaDB would have to accept the same commands
that you type for Mysql. You'd be able to run the bacula mysql scripts

If its compatible, then it should accept the same commands as mysql. What
happens if you type:
mysql -u root -p

when the backup requested new tapes to cuntinue the job
I inserted 8 new tapes and typed the "label barcodes" command
when it finished i got a wired conflict between the director and the DB catalog

Hi all,
I've been searching around for solution and tried everything suggested in those

I am not sure if what you described was a bug. Did your distro say the
bacula packages were for mysql but had instead been enabled to use
postgresql (which should be preferred for larger networks). If it
I have a Dell TL2000 (IBM TS3100) w/ two LTO5 drives.
I can't seem to get two backup jobs to run at the same time. The first starts
fine, but the second is always 'waiting on max Storage jobs'.
Does anybody know how to get multiple simultaneous jobs to write to one of the
two available tape dr
Ping? No suggestions? Should I report this to a different group or
submit a bug report?
