I use PHD Virtual Backup to backup the virtual machines. It does full
and block level incremental and delta backups to another filesystem. I
also backup from within the VM's with bacula.

Hi,
I'm not using any QNAP but other NAS devices and I prefer NFS because I
can access the volumes from other devices that way. Turned out to be
helpful for me. For example when the backup server has gone away.

I used debian squeeze with iscsi and everything goes well,
I didn't tried the nfs option btw..

My question is, by NFS or iSCSI? Some partners told me to do in NFS, but I
