Hi, retention times are client specific, as far as I can see. however I have a client with two filesets and two backup jobs. the first runs nightly and needs to be kept for a month only, the other one runs monthly, but needs to be kept for months. can I somehow set the retention time for each job

Bacula will use the barcode labels as the label for the tape. The label of the tape and the barcode must match, or it will not work, in my exigence. I am using barcodes on all my tapes. I had to relabel all the tapes to match the barcodes... Once it is working though, it is a breeze to swap tapes
