Do I need to add mpu401_uart to the --with-cards command?

Is there another module which calls the hdmi_write_command, most of the
commands in virtuoso.c seem to be around initialising and cleanup routines?

Has anybody else seen this kind of problem before? I can provide more
information if you need it.

I'm still not sure about the last part. I'm also not sure why the

second time delay, which seems unlikely. All I can say that, since I

Does this mean I have to move to another state, say, California?
Or, more to the point,
o through to get
some channels to produce sound (e.g. to get sound out of the Line

When I get some time, that is.

I managed to get this card running in one system but the second system is

I can read and write to /dev/mixer. The permissions on the devices look

Hi,
I am looking for a soundcard that runs on a HP ProLiant DL360 G6.
Requirements:
- PCI-Express
- runs out-of-the-box on CentOS 5.x
- should not require external power
- sound quality is no issue at all.
Please help, I googled around a lot, but cannot find anything.

Hi
I've been trying for days now to get this to work, but it seems that no matter

I can mix the other channels into the front L/R using .asoundrc but this isn't

Has anyone had any luck with this?

Hi Shane,
I'm afraid I haven't tested the S/PDIF output as I don't have sui
card and not towards the speakerset that is attached to it. How hard
would it be to make a dialog/druid/wizard thingy that would just ask you
what speakerset you have and set up all the stuff that is needed to have
great sound from all speakers whatever you throw at it?
not a soundengineer, therefor I do not spend 100's of euros on a
soundcard. So if the ca0106 card is that bad (winmodem yuk) is the
audigy SE better? that's a emu10k2 card?

Hi,
The subject says it all really, it'll be used for sound on my HTPC so I'm not

switch the Versajack from Linux. I assume it involves a couple of the
AC97 (?) outputs, but we'll see.
