The Alsa sound matrix lists the M-Audio Delta Audiophile 2496 as supported,
however the drivers do not recognize the sub-id, nor do the ice1712 drivers
work with this card (I added the sub-id and an ID string in the source,
skipped the mp401 driver init and recompiled - no luck).
