Hi,
I am building a uclibc-based system on arm board.
I have compiled the library 1.0.14a with uClibc 0.9.29 and kernel
2.6.23.1 / kernel headers 2.6.22.
Settings the config params of mixer with "alsactl restore" fails with
an "inappropriate ioctl for device" error:
# alsactl restore
alsactl: set

alsa-lib-0.9.0rc8c, alsa-utils-0.9.0rc8a), and installed them.
I hvae a SIS7012, so I use the intel8x0 driver. However the new drivers
dont seem to work, I keep getting
I'm using 0.9.0beta8 (because I have a Turtle Beach
Santa Cruz -- CS4630 -- card). I installed the
ALSA stuff because I wanted to use the JAZZ+
sequencer.
I get the following error messages when I start
Jazz:
ioctl: Inappropriate ioctl for device
ioctl: Inappropriate ioctl for device
