Capturing audio on VT8235/AD1980 with 0.9.8 seem to have a lots of problems.
I hope to be clear in reporting it. Feel free to ask me more detail.
In short, if I turn capture on CD, Aux capture is turned off, but I can

I compile via82xx with sequencer and when I try to get sound from line in
(or from mic) I get only mono audio. I am sure about the stereo source

This is a know problem, you have two choices, go to the cvs version
(personally I was unable to compile) or backstep to the rc6 version. The
last one I can garantee perform well (via8233a)
