Being that B Nomic had been dead for almost 3 months, I didn't think
it would hurt to just go ahead and make it a protectorate without
putting it to a vote. It appears the formerly inactive players have
come out of the woodwork to oppose that action.
Anyway, my Ambassadorial plea was
