While I believe the protection of the mighty Agoran Empire would indeed help B Nomic through its darker times, I can understand the basic fear of this element - namely, that of lack of representation. Pending changes to rule 754, I indend to cause B Nomic to register as a Player in Agora Nomic, which should help alleviate these fears.
