Believe these devices also have SSH if configured when you set it up.
That might be a way to get there and reset the WIFI pswd without
needing the controller.

The device probably doesn't have DNS. Just use an IP instead of the name...

It has DNS. Has the correct NS server addresses too. When I try to ping the
DL host by name, it finds the correct IP address, and can, in fact, ping it.
I did get it to download the updated firmware. Had to turn off SSL
certificates. That still provided no joy, because the upgrade command would
