It happened at the same time across all our clients' 600 different Google
logins. We "probably" found the reason for the issue - after switching from
.NET 5 to .NET 6 it worked again. I am suspecting that it is actually a
Google Ads .NET library issue.

I might help you with this one. The problem with 403 Forbidden is
caused by Google servers that filter DOS and that take care of any
communication to Google (not just AdWords api). The exact number of
allowed requests is 180 per 1 minute per IP.

I tried the *InvoiceService*, I can see the past due invoices, the problem
is that invoices in the API don't have any status or information whether
they are past due or not.

than an hour we have run into *ResourceExhausted *errors,

I am experiencing some discrepancies between AWQL and Reporting API. When
requesting Audience Performance Data through AWQL I am getting an extra
campaign that I do not get when requesting data through the Reporting API
