Hi Peng, you did no specify why your request fails, however it might be the case that response for your request is too large for a SOAP. There is always some limitation set for size of SOAP requests and responses and it might be that if many of your keywords fail, then for each keyword there is an error message generated, which might make the whole SOAP response too large.
