Hello there, I am having the same problems since saturday, when I try
to add an Ad I get the error "An internal error has occurred. please

Is there a specific keyword or set of keywords that seem to trigger
this error, or does it get triggered only due to a specific set of
request patterns? Would you be able to provide some an example request
and the full SOAP response, including the SOAP headers, illustrating
this behavior?
I also, am continunig to get a response of "An internal error has
occurred. Please retry your request."

I unfortunately don't have any updates today on a change to the
situation. I do want to assure everyone that the issue continues to
receive our core engineering team's attention, but a resolution still

Thanks for your response, in the meantime my client showed me a
screenshot of
the webinterface showing the actual CPC.
It turned out that he in fact meant the value "total cost/nr. of
clicks", that was shown as "avg. CPC"
in the web-interface.
