Hi Bryan,
Unfortunately I don't have any updates regarding this issue. It looks
like this error spiked on 12/03, but has been decreasing since then.
Have you noticed the same?

I have the same problem with my account. I also cannot download my
campaigns in adwords editor. It's been happening since yesterday
morning

I'm having this issue as well.
It happens when I try to pull adgroups with the AdGroupService. The
AdWords Editor also fails with the same error when trying to get
adgroups.
This has been going on for over a day, and I haven't seen any mention
of an API outage!

Eric,
Now the problem reappeared the account discussed above yesterday (3 Dec
2010), and then today we are getting the same problem on 3 other key
accounts. On everyone of these accounts we get the
lovely "UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR" for anything we do everytime.
What in the World is going on?
Eric,
How do you check on it being done?
It was fixed yesterday (Monday, 29 Nov 2010) about around 5:00 PM PST.
I must admit I find this process very broken.
Best regards,
Bryan

Hi ADM,
Unfortunately I don't have an ETA on a resolution, but I'll stay on
top of it and let you know when I have new information.

Eric,
Any ETA on really fixing this problem? We have now been down for a full
week, which is pretty much Forever at this time of year.
It would be nice to be told when you know a particular account is
seriously affected by problems on your side of the API. Is that
possible?

Hi ADM,
I saw the request ID you posted on another thread
(42deb16f8e89aa3693286d8153d69463) and I looked into the cause of the
error. There is currently a problem in one of the backend systems
that is affecting some accounts. The core engineering team is working
hard to resolve the issue, but a
Hi ADM,
As previously mentioned, if you provide the requestId (returned as a
header in the SOAP response) I can look up the request in the logs and
get more information.

Eric,
We are now seeing the same UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR problem on the
same account.
It did magically heal itself on about 5 Nov 2010 and then ran without
issue until the evening of 22 Nov 2010, where now every time we
interact with any campaign or adgroup in this account they only give
Hi ADM,
Perhaps if I look into your specific request I can get more
information that will help address the issue. Can you please post the
request ID of a recent request that exhibits this behavior?

Eric,
How soon is this critical issue going to be resolved. We are totally
"dead in the water" while this persists. What is the ETA on getting
this resolved? How will I know when it is fixed? Can I get an email?
To put it mildly our clients are VERY unhappy!
It certainly appears looking at posts
Hi,
This appears to be caused by some temporary issues in the AdWords
system. I'll work with the core engineering team to address the
problem. Unfortunately there are no workarounds available for this
problem.

Is there any explanation why the simple code snippet below repeatedly
fails with the exception UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR, every time the
call is made for any campaign within a specific account, but works all
the time for any campaign in any other account?
