Eric, Now the problem reappeared the account discussed above yesterday (3 Dec 2010), and then today we are getting the same problem on 3 other key accounts. On everyone of these accounts we get the lovely "UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR" for anything we do everytime.
What in the World is going on? This is totally debilitating and unimaginably unacceptable. Is this a Planned API outage on these accounts? Why? Help!!!
