we'd like to prevent future messages like these as it might seriously
affect campaign management processes but we do not know the source of
the problem.

You recently added a the new feature Display ad builder.
Ads created via this option were not sent back through the AdService
GetAllAds API method.
Does the API V13 supports those types of ads?
