t seem pretty obvious but you need to set resourceutilization to 1 and
not 3.
Also, the amount of mountpoints doesn't equal the amount of tapes a backup can
use, it limits the amount of concurrent mountpoints a backup can use.

Check with q status: Active Receivers: CONSOLE ACTLOG
But after a reboot , I get:
